 ADULT MINISTRY TEAMS

Small Group Leader/Coach
Do you have a heart for the growth, fellowship and accountability that occur in a Small Group? The Group Life Ministry is looking for both Group Life Coaches and Group Life Leaders. Group Life Leaders pray for the members of the group, prepare beforehand and facilitate group meetings, model a godly life for group members, maintain regular contact with members and seek help when needed. Group Life Coaches support and encourage small group leaders in their own growth, monitor the health of small groups by periodic visits, and meet with Leaders on a regular basis to encourage and share ideas.

Creative
The Creative Department at Southeast spans a wide variety of creative and administrative outlets. We use writers to tell the stories of our church, as well as to help us communicate the vision and excitement of upcoming events. We partner with detail-oriented people who help us find mistakes and correct them. We're looking to expand this team onto the web in the form of content editors. We work with photographers to capture our most important moments. Our vision is to use more and more unique photography to communicate. We also work with designers who love using visuals to tell a story. This one is a bit trickier, but talk with us if you think you might want to serve here.

We are all about encouraging people who are sold out to God to lead worship for kids. If you love to sing and want to be part of something amazing, this could be the place for you. Vocal Audition and interview are required. No experience necessary, but would be great! Please contact Nora Derrick for more information.

If you have a heart for girls in grades 5-12, we invite you to serve in one of many ways on this team, from set-up for retreats and events, to connecting with and befriending one or two girls at a time, to helping lead and teach in retreat settings.
